As part of our commitment to responsible manufacturing and long-term sustainability, integrates ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into our injection moulding and assembly operations. We strive to minimize environmental impact, protect natural resources, and promote social and ethical responsibility throughout our supply chain.
ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVE
- Reduce energy and water usage in all manufacturing processes
- Optimize the use of raw materials (including resins and additives) to minimize waste
- Increase use of recycled and recyclable plastics where feasible
- Implement strict control measures to prevent leaks, spills, and emissions
- Segregate and properly dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- Promote recycling programs within the facility
- Source raw materials from environmentally responsible vendors
- Evaluate suppliers based on ESG performance and encourage sustainability certifications
- Meet or exceed all applicable environmental regulations (TNPCB, DISH standards)
- Conduct periodic ESG audits and assessments for continual improvement
- Monitor and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from operations
- Invest in energy-efficient technologies in moulding and auxiliary equipment
