Incoming QC
100% raw material inspection with material certificates, MFI testing, and colour verification.
In-Process QC
First-off inspection, patrol inspection, SPC charts, and process parameter monitoring every shift.
Final Inspection
Dimensional CMM inspection, visual inspection, fit-and-function checks, and customer-specific gauges.
Lab Testing
In-house lab with tensile testing, impact testing, thermal analysis, and chemical resistance testing.
SPC & Reporting
Statistical process control with Cpk monitoring, control charts, and corrective action tracking.
PPAP & FMEA
Full PPAP documentation support (Level 1–5) and design/process FMEA for automotive customers.
